PLOT
A Marternity Hospital is the last place you wuld think a bunch of crooks would want to break into, but for Sid and his gang they decide that this is the place for the perfect crime. Disguisng his son Cyril as a nurse, his mission is to case the joint, get a map iof the hospital and find where the pill is kept. Meanwhile upstairs Sir Bernard is coming to terms with his sexuality, whilst Matron entertains a rather innocent Dr Goode in her room. But it's the badering from Dr Prodd that puts things in jepody for cyril, and to that the gang strick, with some smashing consiquences.
VERDICT
Quite a popular and good Carry On, nothing seems to make it bad and this is one of the best from the 70's. There are some points of the film that is quite slow, and Sir Bernard's issues do tend to take up most of the film. However Sir Bernard's issues are where one of the best scenes come, whilst Dr Goode is hiden in the cupboard, Sir B is giving his all to Matron, and the whole scene shines. Most of the film is good and does go though well, however some points could have been better.
