Throughout August   THE ROYAL HARBOUR STUDIOS SUMMER PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPTITION. Entries received through the month of August and displayed on Friday to Tuesday 1st to 3rd September for judging to rind the best.

Tue 1st Aug 2.30pm Assembly point West Cliff Lift for the "West Cliff Walk" of the Ramsgate Costumed Walks. Donations welcome. Tue 1st ~ 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th Aug 2pm to 4pm @ Royal Harbour Studios 45 King Street Ramsgate   Thanet Scrabblers Club & Other Games. £2 for club, refreshments and free raffle. A REG Event.

Sat 5th & Sun 6 th Aug Margate's Mardi Gras Carnival Weekend throughout the town.

Mon 7th Aug from 2pm to 4pm @ The Royal Harbour Studios 45 King Street, Ramsgate   "The Old Ramsgate Club" the club with the difference. £2 per session. A REG Event.

 Tue 8th Aug 2.30pm Assembly point Pier Yard for the "Royal Harbour Walks" of the Ramsgate Costumed Walks. Donations welcome.

Sat 12th Aug 9am, at the Royal Harbour of Ramsgate by the Maritime Museum   The Raising of the Royal Standard of HM King George IV. A REG Event.

Sat 12th Aug 7 for 7.30pm @ the Royal Harbour Studios 45 King Street, Ramsgate   "The Royal Harbour of Ramsgate Story" an illustrated talk by Ralph Hoult & light refreshments. Tickets £2.50. A REG Event.

Fri 11th Aug to Fri 1 8th Aug all around the town of Broadstairs   The Folk Week. A mix of top line concerts, dance music from

 
around the world, sessions, workshops, children's programmes and much more.

Mon 14th Aug to Sun 29th Aug The Ramsgate Regatta Week  the Royal harbour of Ramsgate   a full programme of racing with 100 boats expected to participate. Tel 591766.

Tue 15th Aug 2.30pm Assembly point Halifax Bank for the "Central Walk of the Ramsgate Costumed Walks. Donations welcome.

Mon 21st Aug from 2pm to 4pm @ the Royal Harbour Studios 45 King Street, Ramsgate   "The Ramsgate Story" an illustrated talk by Ralph Hoult on bygone days of our town. Tickets £2.50. A REG Event.

Tue 22nd Aug 2.30pm Assembly point Pier Yard for the "Royal Harbour Walk of the Ramsgate Costumed Walks. Donations welcome.

Sat 26th to Mon 28th Aug on Ramsgate Seafront   "The Bank Holiday Special Weekend"   French Market and a day at the seaside. RTP & REG Event.

Tue 29th Aug 2.30pm Assembly point Albion Gardens for the "East Cliff Walk of the Ramsgate Costumed Walks. Donations welcome.
