This is a list similar to the bad guest list. These guys aren't as bad however they have cost me time & often bookings. I'm sure you've all had "please hold my dates while I......." Some even send the booking form all signed up. You remind them about the payment. "Did I forget that.....etc

 

Then you see a request come in say via evr. They are still looking while they've got yours on hold..

Ok I agree with shopping around but don't keep an owner on the line while playing the field.

I think it's wise if you deal with these people just be cautious until you receive the deposit.
